Better method to scan your computer using a potent Antivirus and disable autorun on all drives because this is the main mode of transmission especially via USB memory sticks

Do NOT try to delete them, they are virus infections and will only replicate themselves all over the machine. Your own anti-spyware should have stoped these, obviously it is no good as it has not. Go to http://www.avg.com and search fro vcleaner.exe. Download and save it in the C: drive direct as xcleaner.exe (otherwise these viruses attack it as they know its’ real name). Re-start the machine in safe mode. Go to start/run (start/search on Vista) and type cmd. In the command window type cd and enter. then type xcleaner. It will do a full scan and should remove these. Then re-start to normal and go to http://free.avg.com and download the free AVG. install it and let it update. I would advise you to then re-start in safe mode and open AVG. Run a full scan. This will clear up anything left over. It WILL get rid of all spyware and viruses, do not re-install windows, this is the kind of advice people give when they have absolutely no idea about computers and want to look clever. do all this with the memory card out. Afterwards while still in safe mode put in the memory card and right click it in my computer. Right click it and select scan with AVG.

Run the quick scan with malwarebytes anti-malware then reboot and run the full scan and reboot again.
Ensure your anti-virus is up to date, if you don’t have one I can recommend Avast Home Edition for free http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html or NOD32 if you don’t mind paying http://www.eset.com/
Some software that I’d recommend you running weekly are:-
malwarebytes anti-malware http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
SUPERantispyware http://www.superantispyware.com/download.html
Spybot Search and Destroy http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html
Select the free versions if applicable.
I’d also recommend you run ccleaner http://ccleaner.com every day to clear your “crap” It has 2 scans, cleaner and registry, remove or fix all that it finds but repeat the registry one until nothing is detected.
After a malware attack and clean It’s always a good idea to switch off System Restore, reboot, switch it back on, create a new restore point then reboot again.
Hope this helps.
